The recipe for my delicious pancakes

• 1/2 cup of rye flour
• 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
• 3 eggs
• 1 tablespoon of fructose (or sugar)
• 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons of baking powder
• 4 tablespoons of oil
• 1/2 cup of skim milk (or any milk that you use)

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl.  Then mix until its a batter with no lumps. Turn on your stove to a medium heat and spray your pan with cooking spray.   Next take 1 scoop of the batter at a time or whatever size that you like to form a single pancake and put it into the pan , and then cook.  When it starts they bubble, that’s how you know when to flip them.

I am 10 and for the holidays i made an amazing smorse brownie!

it had a gram cracker crust and a mosted brownie then marshmallows on top
